How do I place list and email orders?

How quickly should I expect my order to be fulfilled?
Customers not requiring special processing should expect fulfillment of list and email orders within 24-48 hours.
Who can help me with my billing and payment questions?
If you have an outstanding invoice from MKTG for service prior to July 6, please contact Donna Collemer, a D&B Receivables Representative, at 610-882-6640. For bills related to any MDR-provided service after July 6, please contact D&B Receivables at 800-872-4324 or contact your MDR Sales Representative for assistance.
I had a special pricing agreement with MKTG.
Will MDR honor it?
MDR will honor signed contractual pricing agreements moving forward and will be evaluating all other documented special pricing over the next 90 days. Any orders fulfilled during the next 90 days will honor informal pricing arrangements established at MKTG.
Who can help me with a pending order that was not fulfilled before this acquisition?
