I’m writing to share some exciting news with you about a recent acquisition at MDR. We signed an agreement today to purchase the education assets of MKTG Education Services, formerly known as CMG. Effective July 6, 2007, all MKTG Education Services’ account management, customer service, and data assets will be managed and fulfilled by MDR.

I’d like to share some of the key benefits for you as an MDR customer:

Quality and Coverage. By combining the best of two market-leading education databases, we’ll deliver you unsurpassed data quality and an expanded product suite. Expanded Buyer Products. We’re particularly excited about a new offering resulting from this transaction, the InfoBuyers product line. Built on a powerful database of education product buyers across business and consumer segments, InfoBuyers adds value to MDR’s current robust education buyer lists with over 13 million contacts segmented by type of products purchased. Over the next few months, we’ll be looking at enhancing InfoBuyers to give our customers new ways to target potential buyers for their products.

Convenience. This acquisition will help expand on MDR’s commitment to deliver unrivaled support services to our customers. We’re increasing our sales coverage and continuing our investment in state-of-the-art delivery systems to make it easier to deliver the information you need through timely and responsive consultation and order fulfillment. The result is one-stop shopping for education information solutions that drives positive ROI and growth.
